Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT) may be processed on the following business day.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details where applicable.

During busy periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship orders within the United Kingdom using trusted carriers such as Royal Mail and other courier services.

Estimated delivery times:
• Standard UK Delivery: 2–4 business days
• Express UK Delivery: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and your location.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order value, delivery location, and selected shipping method.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders within the UK.


Letterbox Friendly Deliveries

Many of our products are packaged in letterbox-friendly containers, allowing delivery directly through your letterbox without the need for someone to be home.

This helps avoid missed deliveries and collection notices.


Order Tracking

If your order includes tracking, you will receive a tracking number via email once the order has been dispatched.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.


Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including:
• Courier delays
• Weather conditions
• High shipping volumes during holidays
• Incorrect address information

We appreciate your patience should any delays occur.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist before the order is dispatched.


Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.

We will work with the courier to locate the parcel and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
