I ordered this for my husband as he has been taking creatine for a few years now to support his gym efforts and associated gains as finds it super effective. He also usually supplements with magnesium and B vitamins separately so thought this was a great all-in-one complex for him that would be more convenient as would mean taking less separate supplements.Despite the extra ingredients the flavour is still really god and actually very drinkable so would highly recommend on that front as he really likes the taste. It's easy to mix too and doesn't clump or have any weird aftertaste.Fantastic value for 71 servings and really impressed so would fully recommend as he's been using it for 7 weeks now with no issues and good value so super happy to have discovered it.
