Got these to help overall health but particularly to help with joint pain as I've been experiencing bad knees.I run 2x dance fitness classes a week and had to start taping up my knee, after a few days of taking these I haven't taped it up for the last 4 classes I have run. Definite improvement in joint pain, my husband who is injured has also found the same with his knee injury.I have also seen slight improvements with the appearance of my skin. It's a lot clearer and has more of a glow.The tablet itself is very easy to swallow and doesn't have any taste to it.The ingredients are great, nothing that's not needed and all high quality.The packaging being so small is such a game changer as it can easily be delivered through a letterbox.Will definitely look to purchase again.
These ICEVIT collagen capsules are pretty decent. The pack of 60 is a month's supply if you take the suggested dose of two tablets per day. At the current sale price of £8.99, they're a bit pricey for just a month's supply, especially compared to other brands I've tried (some of which have higher amounts of collagen per serving as well). On the other hand, these include a small amount of vitamin C, which some studies say enhances collagen absorption. The tablets themselves are the same as most other capsules I've tried. They're easy to swallow, and don't have any particular taste. I've not noticed any negative side effects.
Excellent dose of Marine collagen that helps support skin elasticity, muscles and also aid the health of hair and muscles, recent research has confirmed that oral supplements do help elasticity of skin but not wrinkles. These are an excellent price for quality and price. No fishy taste and easy to swallow.

They have no scent or flavour, which is good.I think what sets these apart is that they have vitamin C as well, which helps with absorption of collagen so I think that makes these supplements better value for money too.After a few days of taking them, it’s too soon to say if they’ve helped with my hair or skin but I know that that can come with time and depending on each individual person. But for now, I’m happy to be taking these.

I’ve been taking bovine collagen for a few months now to help with the signs of aging (weaker hair, nails and loss of skin elasticity). This is the first marine collagen supplement I have tried.I’m used to powder collagen and was worried that these capsules would be hard to swallow. There is a bit of a smell to them (probably mostly from the fish) but the capsule itself shields me from tasting the powder and is easy enough to swallow. I have taken the powder out of the capsule to see what it’s like mixing with some water and it isn’t pleasant.I’ve not noticed much change since switching to these capsules, so they do as good a job of the others I’ve tried. With these types of products, you need to use them for a long time to see results, and these ones are a good price, so I’ll probably switch to these.
