It's not always easy to get adequate amounts of all nutrients through dietary sources, so I've been taking 400mg methyl-folate for a few months now. According to my latest blood test, they've been adequately raising my folate level. However, when it came time to replenish my supplement stock, I decided to try this ICEVIT brand.Apart from them being stronger than my usual brand, I'm curious to know whether this Quatrefolic® product will have any noticeable effect at all on how I feel. It will also be interesting to see if there's any significant difference at my next blood test too.
I need B9 in this form. I think it helped with having lowered Homocysteine over the past year. We'll see when blood work is done next
My fiancé has said these are easy to swallow (he hates swallowing tablets) as they're small and seem to work well.
I ordered these vitamins along with a set of two others. Order arrived promptly as advertised. Particularly like the slim line bottle which could easily fit through letterboxes and involves no screw top lid so easy to open. Vitamins are assured to have been through rigorous tests making them high quality which I find very reassuring and are of a size which is easy to swallow. Great value for money compared to other brands on the market and know these will really help me to feel much better. Thank you!
These vitamins come in a flattish pack, which helps save room in the bathroom cabinet. There are 90 tablets in the pack. The pills are easy to swallow and don't leave an unpleasant aftertaste.
Good product.Easy to swallow with no nasty aftertaste - not too big (some supplements can be so big!)Seem to have good ingredients.Great value for money - 90 capsules in this pack!Very happy & grateful to have had the opportunity to trial these.
This product was sent to me for review as part of the Amazon Vine program. The following reflects my real-world experience using it.It comes in a nice, compact bottle that is a good size for keeping in a cabinet. The capsules themselves are fairly small and easy to swallow. Since the recommended dose is 1 per day, fitting them into a daily vitamin routine is not too difficult.I cannot comment on any potential benefits, however, I have not experienced any difficulties since taking them.In summary, a good value item.
These vitamin B9 supplements don't taste of anything and are quite small so are easy to take with water. They come in a flat-ish container that doesn't take up a lot of room and fits through the letterbox. Great best before date of January 2028. Too soon to tell if they work but there is a 90 day supply.
You pay a bit more for Methylated vitamins - which allow easier absorption without conversion by the body.In this case Active Vitamin B9 (MethylFolate 600µg) - formulated with "Quatrefolic", which is a stable and advanced form of Folate.Manufactured in the UK, GMP-compliant, Vegan and Vegetarian-Friendly, free from Gluten, Dairy, Soy, GMOs or artificial ingredients. My partner was advised to start taking Folic Acid, but his GP gave him a very cheap form (he needs to take the MTHF variety). These Icevit MethylFolate 600µg – Quatrefolic® 5-MTHF capsules could help with mental clarity, fatigue, heart health (homocysteine metabolism), mood, cell and DNA function. Vitamin B9 is also beneficial for pregnant women. The (90, one a day) capsules are easy to take, tasteless and come in an flat plastic pack that easily goes through a letterbox.Good price for these, and my partner feels he is not feeling as tired lately - too soon to judge long-term usage.
This pot contains 90 capsules of 600 micrograms of (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate, a readily usable form of folate (Vitamin B9), I have been taking various doses of methyfolate for a few months and these seem good quality and value for money. I have now taken several doses and they are small white capsules, easy to swallow and I have encountered no side affects. At £12.95 these are quite expensive but methyfolate is an expensive vitamin and this is to be expected for good quality capsules.
