I've been taking vitamin B12 for some time now. I find it helps me combat fatigue especially when taken with folic acid. These capsuoles (4 month supply) come in a flattish pack which is good for space saving. Current price is 7.99 which seems competitive.

These B12 tablets are great. I have taken B12 for a long time and choose a different brand every time. I always use 1000ug, so the dosing of this tablet is ideal for me. In terms of effectiveness, they perform no differently to any other B12 I have taken, which is a good thing. The tablets are slightly larger than others I have taken in the past, but this is not an issue at all. I would recommend this B12 because it is a good value and performs as expected and the packaging is very nice. These tablets come in a flat hard case instead of a pouch, which I like a lot. I really think the hard case packaging is an excellent idea to differentiate from competitors, it's much much better than the resealable pouch that supplements seem to come in these days.
These are very easy to swallow vitamin B12 supplements. The actual amount of vitamin b you receive in each supplement is fairly high, probably higher than you actually need overall.Having said that, the pills themselves are very small and easy to swallow with a little bit of water and don't have any strong flavour or smell, unlike some other similar tablets I have tried in the past which have had are slightly yeastier smell.As such, I think that the quality is good, and I particularly like the fact that these pills came in a small flat package that was easy to store and went through the letter box without any issue.
I've been taking these for a few days now and I think I was definitely b12 deficit as I'm feeling less fatigued and my sleep is already better. I'm not sure how long it should take to feel properly better so hopefully I'll continue to improve as I've got alot of symptoms but so far I'm impressed.The Capsules are really small aswell so I'm happy with that as I have trouble swallowing
