You are provided with a year’s supply. On comparable product boxes there is a warning that owing to the high dosage the capsules should not be used long term. There is an 18 months shelf life on the box with which I have been supplied. My son will have a burst of two months, then a gap of two months etc, and the supply with last the best part of two years until the end date of Jan 2027 is reached.Already two weeks in, as the tablets are stronger than his previous ones my son is already feeling the benefit.So five stars and no less!
Like many, I have been dosing heavily with VitD, ever since the great plague.I've tried many different products, settling on the microtabs, for convenience and ease of ingestion.These particular tablets are GREAT value. At £5.99 for 365 x 4000iu tablets, these are really competitively priced, and at the time of writing this, there is a further 25% off voucher available on top of that!Naturally, I am not allowed to provide any kind of medical advice or dosage recommendations here, but I do take a little more than the 4000iu per day recommendation, and feel great for it.I like the packaging here, the bottle is a letterbox-friendly flatpak design! The tablets themselves, are larger than I am used to, at a little over 8mm in diameter. Smaller than most capsules, but I do prefer smaller tablets still, particularly as I take quite a few at a time. If you look at my attached photo, the pill on the left is this product, whilst the pill on the right is a competing 4000iu VitD product. It's so much smaller, that the vast majority of these "Icevit" tablets must be composed of fillers. I wonder why they make them so large, surely it would be cheaper to use less fillers and make smaller tablets?Anyway, there is nothing wrong with these, provided you don't mind a larger tablet, and they are exceptionally well priced, so I can highly recommend them.
These supplements come in a one a day tablet. The tablet itself is a small and white coloured with no identifying marks or initials on it.The box is easy to open as the trapezoidal shaped cap is easy to grasp and pull off. There is no protective closure so they do need to be kept in a safe location.Clear instructions on how and when to take the supplement are on the back of the bottle along with a full ingredient list, allergy advice and also an informative "cautions" section. The details of the UK distributor are clearly labelled as well.Certainly from the packaging these seem to be a reasonable quality product.

I really loke this d3 supplement as the box is small and you get a full years supply in it, and thr tablets themselves are small and easy to swallow, no aftertaste either.4000 iu is a good strong dosage too, should keep most people's d3 levels in the right place for sure.Happy to recommend

I got these Vitamin D3 tablets after the doctors told me I need to start taking supplements due to a lack of Vitamin D. The tablets are a nice and small size which make them easy to swallow and I haven't had any issues taking them. I have been taking these for approximately 3 weeks now and can't really feel any difference since taking them so will only know if they have worked when I have my next blood tests.
This bottle with a whole year's supply of vitamin D is great value for money. You get 365 tablets and each tablet is pretty small and therefore very easy to swallow with water. In addition these are completely tasteless and there is hardly any smell which is brilliant. The tablets are considered high strength too (4000 iu) so sufficient for an adult to take everyday.I also like that these are suitable for vegetarians as well as free from gluten or any GMOs. For the price (£5.99 at the time of writing this review) these are excellent value for money and therefore highly recommended to be used daily given the poor British weather we normally have (make sure to read the label for any exceptions before taking).All in all, very pleased with these vitamin D tablets and would happily rate these as 5 stars!

There is plenty of information about vitamin D on the NHS website covering adults needs for a start.The product label notes "as this is a high strength product it is recommended for use under guidance of your health professional or pharmacist..not recommended for children, pregnant or lactating women..suitable for vegetarians but not vegans". It also suggests that if you are taking medication, to check with your health professional.As long as you read the blurb, and make sure these are OK for you to take, then they offer good value, in a handy sized pack. Personally I would have preferred the label to be a bit more readable, especially the "cautions" section, but it's the same with most documentation these days, tiny print.Overall, good value, but use in accordance with instructions.

It helps your body to take in more calcium and phosphorous from the food you eat, and helps your kidneys to keep more calcium instead of peeing it out, vitamin D is good all year round but especially good if you don't get enough sun light

They are made in the UK and are high strength at 4000IU. To me, they seem easy to swallow and are not too large.

I have been taking vitamin D supplements for a while due to the possible health benefits that you may wish to research. Many come in the form of capsules containing the vitamin in olive or other oil. Instead, these come in the form of a small white table that is about 8mm in diameter and 3mm thick so significantly smaller than the size of a typical aspirin and also much smaller than the capsule type. I know some people have problems swallowing tablets and so due to their small size these might be a good choice if you are after an easy to swallow vitamin D supplement. They state they provide 20 times the recommended daily dose which is similar to other tablets. Currently offered at a discounted price of about £4.50 with voucher I think they represent exceptional value for 365 tablets which will last a year.

However you receive no Vitamin K2 with this product so you should buy this separately. Look up the importance of taking Vitamin K2 with Vitamin D. I'm a big user of Vitamin D. I believe it’s important for older age and where I live doesn’t get much sun, so I’m happy to take a Vitamin D supplement. These are high strength.The tablets come in a flattish plastic container with an easy to open and close lid to access the tablets within.I found the tablets are easy to swallow and as they’re suitable for vegetarians so that’s another box ticked.There’s a year’s supply included at a good price and of course it’s good to see that the expiry date far exceeds the year you’ll be taking these. That’s assuming you start consuming them soon after purchase.Good value, long lasting supply. Recommended.
